Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Larder: Mise & Go (“the app”), published by Nuttig, a sole trader registered in the Netherlands (KVK: —). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
Larder: Mise & Go is sold as a one-time purchase. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control.
Permitted use
The app is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app
- Reverse engineer or modify the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Recipe imports and AI processing
When you import a recipe, the recipe text is sent to Anthropic’s API for restructuring. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and use the recipe content you submit. Nuttig accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement arising from user-imported content.
AI-generated mise en place output is provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. Always use your own judgement when cooking.
Import limits
The app includes a lifetime limit of 100 AI-restructured recipe imports per purchase. This limit is enforced server-side and cannot be reset.
Data and backups
Your pantry and recipe data is stored locally on your device. Nuttig does not have access to your data. If you uninstall the app without backing up, your data will be lost. We strongly recommend using the Google Drive backup feature before uninstalling or switching devices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nuttig does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuttig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Den Haag, Netherlands.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
