Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Larder · Mise en Go ("the app"), developed and published by Nuttig (KVK: 42128344), a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
Larder · Mise en Go is sold as a one-time purchase. Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control.
Permitted use
The app is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app
- Reverse engineer or modify the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
AI recipe restructuring
When you import a recipe, the recipe text is sent to Anthropic’s API for restructuring into mise en place format. Please note:
- AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate results. The mise en place output is provided for convenience and should always be reviewed before cooking.
- You are responsible for verifying all ingredient quantities, preparation steps, and cooking times before following them.
- Nuttig accepts no liability for any outcomes resulting from following AI-generated recipe instructions, including but not limited to health issues, allergic reactions, or property damage.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and use the recipe content you submit. Nuttig accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement arising from user-imported content.
Larder's pantry management features work fully offline. Recipe import and AI restructuring depend on the availability of third-party services including Anthropic's API. In the event of extended third-party service disruption, Nuttig will communicate via misego.app and endeavour to restore functionality promptly.
Recipe imports and personal use
The app allows you to import recipes from third-party websites by entering a URL or pasting text. Imports are individual, user-initiated actions — the app does not use automated tools, bots, or bulk scraping to collect recipe content.
When you import a recipe, Larder restructures it into mise en place format using AI. This transformation produces a new arrangement of the content — it is not a verbatim reproduction of the source material. Nuttig is not the author of any imported recipe content and does not adopt third-party content as its own.
Imported recipes are stored privately on your device and are accessible only to you. The app does not maintain a shared library of user-imported recipes, does not make imported content available to other users, and does not republish recipe content in any form. Larder functions as a personal organisational tool, similar in nature to apps such as Paprika, Evernote, or Pocket.
Nuttig has no control over the accuracy, legality, or quality of external websites and accepts no liability for any copyright infringement caused by the user importing external content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to import and use the recipe content you submit. If you are a recipe creator and have concerns, please contact us at hello@misego.app.
Import limits
The app includes a lifetime allowance of 100 AI-restructured recipe imports per purchase. This limit is enforced server-side and cannot be reset. To enforce this limit, the app sends an anonymous device identifier to our server each time you import a recipe. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases and refunds
Larder · Mise en Go is sold as a one-time purchase through Google Play. All purchases are final. If you are located in the European Union, Google Play manages refund requests in accordance with EU consumer law. If you are located outside the European Union, all purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of proven technical failure attributable to Nuttig.
Data and backups
Your pantry and recipe data is stored locally on your device. Nuttig does not have access to your data. If you uninstall the app without backing up, your data will be lost. We strongly recommend using the Google Drive backup feature before uninstalling or switching devices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nuttig does not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuttig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Den Haag, Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
